Why Blossom Brew?
Blossom Brew aims to provide products to help with self care, self love all whilst feeling you are at a day spa! Blossom Brew is about using quality ingredients, carefully sourced to help make skincare and bathing an enjoyable ritual.
Are Blossom Brew Products all natural?
Majority of our products are completely naturally, however some of our products do contain skin safe fragrance oils, preservatives and actives that are made by man, not nature. It is best to read our full ingredient listings prior to purchase to ensure you are comfortable with the product. All fragrances, preservative and man made ingredients are used within their safe/recommended usage level to ensure safety and purity in the final product.
How often to use Blossom Brew products?
We recommend to use Blossom Brew products as part of your everyday skin care routine or for some of our bath milks and face masks as part of a refreshing and relaxing spa treatment in your own home on a weekly basis.
What if I have a reaction to a product?
As our products are mostly naturally it is very rare to have a reaction. However if in the event you do, discontinue use and seek medical advise. Please ensure your read full ingredient listings to ensure there are no known allergies and always do a patch test prior to full use. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding please consult your health care practitioner prior to use.
Can a product stain my clothing, linen, shower or tub?
Yes, clay’s are also colourants and may stain, so please take into consideration when using clay based products. It can easily be cleaned from the shower or tub with regular house hold cleaning agents such as vinegar. Carrier oils can also stain or leave residue, so please be mindful of this when using our products.
How long do Blossom Brew products last?
Blossom Brew products all have expiry dates on the labelling, please ensure to use our product within it’s intended time frame. Once opened products will deteriorate over time due to their natural properties as they contain most of our products are anhydrous and therefor do not require a preservatives. As with most natural products, it is best to use within 3-6 months of opening for optimum freshness.
How to store Blossom Brew products?
Store our products out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dark and dry place for maximum shelf life. It is important not to allow water into any of our products. Make sure they are kept away from children and pets. Some of our balms will melt in the warmer weather, this will not effective the quality of your balm, simply mix and let it reset in the fridge, alternatively you can store in the fridge as well.
What products are best for my skin and what if I have sensitive skin?
Our products cater for all skin types, however not every mask is suited for all skin types, so please read full descriptions prior to purchase to make sure the product is suitable for you. Some of our masks are very drawing to suit oily skin types, so please ensure you read full description prior to purchase and always do a patch test prior to use.
Can I use Blossom Brew if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
As most of our products do contain essential oils, we do not recommend using our products during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. You will need to seek medical advise by contacting your health care practitioner prior to use.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We only accept major credit cards, PayPal and After Pay.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed we aim to ship out within 3 business days. All items are made in small batches to ensure premium freshness, so if it is not it stock at the time you place your order we will need time to produce it. It is then shipped via standard shipping through Australia Post which can take up to 6-10 business days depending on your location. If you need tracking please contact be prior to placing your order as additional fee’s will apply.
We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping, with orders over $80.00 qualifying for free shipping.
International shipping will incur a flat rate of $12,50 AUD and will be shipped via DHL. Transit time will be based on your locations, we average anywhere between 5-14 days.
Can I return my product?
Due to health regulations we have the right to refuse returns on purchases or orders. However if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to resolve any issues for you.
